My windows 7 download wont open so i cannot download it, tried ringing several times but a message says you are changing telephone providers, so i emailed and still waiting for a reply.

RE order 33943 David Lossl 07855 799 807 Ordered 3/3/16 Licence key doesn't work. I get an error message. Online chat not working, technical helpline not working. Sent an email but no response. Please advise!!

After researching online shops to buy Windows 7 from I recommended softwaregeeks to my girl friend. she ordered Windows 32bit instead of 64 bit from them by mistake and contacted them to get it swapped over. She returned it with a note inside as instructed by them. She never received her 64 copy. She contacted them 3 times now still no response from them. I have emailed them too. No response. I tried calling them few times now only to get the message that their phone lines are undergoing migration. Avoid at all cost! I hope to get a response from them now. I will make sure to leave a review on Google too.

Have used Softwaregeeks before and was happy with the service, this order has been very poor 1) incomplete download options sent 2) wrong software downloaded 3) no working phone 4) no response after 3 emails am still waiting.........

bought a windows 7 dvd +licence paid for it but never recieved it contacted software geeks by e mail twice never got a reply still trying to contact them will keep you updated but my advice is keep well away

They sent the key for win 7 pro but code did not work. I checked online with Microsoft and the key they sent came back with an error. No reply from my email either. not happy. do not trust!!!

Utterly unhelpful. I mistakenly bought the incorrect software from this company and they refused to give a refund. Thanks very much

Absolutely terrible, did not download as promised and will not write a boot file from XP very little help 1 link only which did not work. Cot a hard copy from a friend but the key is not recognised by Microsoft. No telephone support "we are changing our telephone provider " and no call back. Rubbish don't use them I won't. Kevin

I purchased the Windows 7 download. Two weeks on I'm still unable to install. I have emailed for help on numerous occasions, but seem to get little response. Apalling after sales care and technical support. I have politely asked for a refund, but again have heard nothing. I certainly will not be returning as a customer, nor will I be recommending this company to friends.

purchased a windows 7 key and it wont install on a new build pc. Contacted them for help and poor response and then just stopped responding. phone line not working so unable to contact.

I ordered a Win7 Pro DVD and licence on 7 Dec 2015. The money was taken the same day and I received an emailed receipt. After approx 10 days I had not received the order, it was agreed that another disc would be sent free of charge, by 20 December still no disc or licence. Contacted the Geeks again and agreed a 50% refund and licence by email, (because of the Christmas period ) After a month I have still not heard anything from the Software Geeks, after many emails and phone calls, and currently am out of pocket amounting to £35. I can only say be warned when dealing with this company

I ordered an original disc but got sent a copy with a note to say it would be dispatched once it arrives.How long ago was that I'm still waiting?

Poor service. Poor communication. Will not deal with you again and will warn others not to! You did not provide the item I purchased; then would not respond to email queries to be refunded. Had to involve paypal to get my money back. Overall rating Nil points!!

They send mi a used key to win 8.1 after I asked them to give me my money back they stop answering on my mails.

Not great, was expecting the license immediately rather than 2 days later. I had in this period asked for a refund but they sent the key anyway. Then I asked for refund again when they sent the code and they have 4 days later yet to reply to either of my emails,
