Not good download Windows 7 and lost all my drivers had to pay 40 pounds to someone to fix it

Hi Umar, Windows 7 does not contain drivers for every piece of hardware for every machine. Any missing drivers would simply be downloaded from the machine manufacturer's website and installed. We could have assisted with this if you reached out for help. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks

i wanted to upgrade xp to windows 7 the program didn't work and after contact with support and other programs to help with installing the program i still haven't been able to install windows 7

Hi Christopher, You purchased a product in error. As the return policy states, we cannot refund or cancel an order once a license key has been sent out, unless the key itself is faulty. I bought Office 2010 pro. Got one link rather than 2 (32 bit / 64 bit) as promised in the item description. The link was the 32 bit version, I require the 64 bit version. Telephone support unavailable for 9 days. online chat does not work. No response from email either.

Hi Chris, You did not order a disc, you ordered a product key, downloads and installation instructions. It was not advertised anywhere in the product description that you will receive a disc. We cannot help that your internet connection is slow. All products sold are genuine as you can see from the other 1000 reviews. Kind regards, Softwaregeeks

Hi there, Thanks for contact me I recently purchased one of your software Windows Pro. The explanation about how to install isn't very clear and is giving me errors every time I try. Purchased on line but it would not load from the suggested DVD or USB flash drive according to the install instructions. I have wasted the purchase cost.

Hi George, You have more than likely not used the USB/DVD tool as specified in the instructions that were sent. You cannot simply copy an ISO file to USB/DVD and expect it to work. The software did not load properly. I contacted them to get my money back but heard nothing and doubt I will. A waste of £19. Avoid them

This company does not want to know if you have any problems installing their product! Telephone number for help was not in service (Mar 2016) and their online chat is of little help as on the rare occasion they are available, they are deliberately obtuse. Their so-called 'full instructions' could not be considered any more than a rough guide at best. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I would advise anybody that does not have a degree in computer sciences to avoid this company. They will not accept this criticism, as far as I can see, they never do. Furthermore, you can request a refund but you won't get it!
