I bought Windows 7 Professional iso and key today, downloaded and installed W7 Professional 64 bit but when I try to activate it I get message “ The Windows 7 Professional Product key you typed is invalid for activation”. I formatted the drive and re-installed and made sure I input the correct key but still I got error. Emailed software geeks three times but no response at all. Duff key. Waste of money

Bought a software program,paid for it through paypal UK. I followed all the instructions I received through the email but unfortunately couldnt access the software I had paid for. I submitted a claim through paypal and requested a full refund. Till date the amount has not been credited to my paypal account. I have till Sep 9th, should nothing happen, my request will be transferred to paypal resolution center.

Hi Soheir, We have a contact form, support email , ticketing system and also TAWK option for contact but we did not receive any contacts for help. It is a lot better to contact us being that your product has a 1 year warranty than writing a bad review. Bought the software and not been unable to use it. Not compatible with my system which wasn't clear at the time of purchase. Looks like wasted money for me.

Hi Ben, Compatibility of the software must be checked by the buyer in advance as per our returns policy, as being a license seller we are not responsible for compatibility of the software with your computer. You contacted us and we said you should check compatibility with the computer's manufacturer, then did not hear back from you until we saw this bad review. It was just a thing of contacting us again and explaining, we can make an exception. Leaving a bad review is not the best way to solve an issue. Supply was fine but I did not need this and tried to cancel within hours but have been refused. Very poor in my opinion

Hi there, You contacted us saying you downloaded the program to a disc, process that is not correct. We replied asking for further info and did not get any further answers. We explained that instructions were included for your ease of instalaltion. Hi Stephen, We have just replied to you via email but also need to reply here as the reason of this bad review is LOCAL to your PC. Drivers are particular to each computer and these must be requested to the computer's manufacturer. Please correct the review as in this case we are having a 1 star review for something totally unrelated to the license sold. regards,

Unfortunately my advisor on a Windows 7 downloads is arrogant and unhelpful. I have given up and wasted my money.

Hi Christopher, First problem you contacted us with was about not finding the download in your computer, thing we cannot help with as that is setted up particularly. We explained that normally it is in the downloads folder. After that, you asked us how to create installation media and we replied explaining and including the installation instructions, same that were included with your order's email. We have no further reply at the moment, i am guessing that the arrogance you mention is due to us explaining that all support is provided free of charge, what you bought from us is a license which is valid and working, however we help you get the software installed to use that license. We look forward to your reply to resolve the issue.

I purchased your product but I am not computer savvy and do not understand how how to use it.I have gotten nowhere after several attempts and I am at the point I am afraid of ruining my computer.If you had a phone number I would have called for help.

I ordered the Win7 to install. Tried multiple usb drives and iso to usb programs and always got the error corrupted file.

Hi there, We have tried to contact you but since review is anonymous we cannot get much info. Problem when you are shown "File is corrupted" is nothing but a problem during download. Redownloading the installation files should resolve. We have a contact email and ticketing system in our site for any issues such as this one. Please correct review if all OK. Hi Jack, You disputed the payment saying it did not work. We refunded the money even though the key was valid and now we see this review stating that you did not like Windows 7? You bought an activation LICENSE from us Jack! We cannot be held responsible if you did not like Microsoft's OS. Regards,

Totally avoid buying from Softwaregeeks. They basically sell software that can not be used and never reply to your queries/complains. I'm contemplating taking legal action against them as their actions are likely to be considered theft.

Hi Raul, Please see attached image, we replied to your questions on the same day you contacted us. Question was also about something explained in the product's description. We are a VAT registered company with over 250 thousand sales, we would not be around if stealing from people. We find this comments highly offensive. Please contact us if you are having any issues.

Hi Steve, As per our emails, the problem in this case is that the instructions we send with purchase were not read by you and though the process was not done correctly. Error ending 050 means you are using your 10 PRO key to upgrade from 10 HOME, when we state a dummy key is used for the upgrade process. Your license is to activate 10 PRO after upgrading, Key sold is valid and working, you just need to read and follow the instructions sent with purchase.

Hi Freddy, You have bought a Windows 10 LICENSE. All instructions, downloads and license were delivered to you via E-mail, we do not send any phyisical packages via post. Just resent you the order's email. Please correct the review when you can :)

Hi Donald, Paypal did not step in as the case did not apply for a refund, as it is covered by our returns policy. Only issue here was that you did not read nor follow our instructions. Order was refunded a month ago as an exception by US, not paypal. We find very disconforting to get a review like this in a case were we acted on good faith, even assuming the costs of a lost license that was perfectly valid for use. Regards,
