“Smartwater testing is really easy and an efficient way of obtaining the Legionella Certificate we need annually for our rental property. It's inexpensive, the kit arrives quickly after ordering online, the instructions are easy to follow and a few weeks later the confirmation certificate arrives by email. Nothing simpler!”

Hi Clare, I’m sorry we’ve let you down. We do ask you to allow 2 weeks for certification and I cannot see any voice mails or other communication from you regarding the certificate? Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues and I will be happy to help.

“My water sample was tested by Smartwater for Legionella at the beginning of August 2024. Smartwater sent me an email stating that the test had been carried out and a certificate would be sent to me by email. The email was not sent to me. I am a landlord and it is a legal requirement for me to ensure that my property that is let to tenants has wholesome water.. I need a certificate Legionella sample ref.
