“We have used SmartWater Testing the last couple of years and find them very efficeint, easy to follow, hassle free and professional. Much easier than arranging a company to come out which can be time consuming. The only suggestion I have that could improve ther service is that I would find it really helpful if there was an email reminder service a month before.”

“My Surgery have never used Smart Water Testing before. We needed to send off water samples for Legionella testing. It was very reasonably priced, instructions were very clear and easy, the sample was picked up the following day and confirmation certificate followed within 10 days. I would absolutely use the service again this year to check our water samples.”

“Super easy to prepare the test with clear instructions and even a helpful video to view online Posting is easy with prepaid label As a customer you are kept up to date as to progress with a report and printable certificate at the end to display for customers and peace of mind for all users There is also a vat invoice to print for financial recording”
