Hi Clare, I’m sorry we’ve let you down. We do ask you to allow 2 weeks for certification and I cannot see any voice mails or other communication from you regarding the certificate? Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues and I will be happy to help.

“Very easy to use and post back, good communication re. receipt of sample and the test results. We also paid for a hard copy certificate which we have not yet received hence only 4 stars.”

We find the whole process very easy and straightforward to do from delivery to collection and certificate issuing. The online account means you can view all your certificates easily at any time and print them out for your records.”

“My water sample was tested by Smartwater for Legionella at the beginning of August 2024. Smartwater sent me an email stating that the test had been carried out and a certificate would be sent to me by email. The email was not sent to me. I am a landlord and it is a legal requirement for me to ensure that my property that is let to tenants has wholesome water.. I need a certificate Legionella sample ref. UAN16557SWT/ Address - 50 Tarmangie Drive.”
