“Purchase of kit was easy . Courier collection failed had to ask for Royal Mail label in order to go out of way to take to Post Office. There have been several issues with DPD collections as of late. Otherwise a very good service.”

“We have used SmartWater Testing the last couple of years and find them very efficeint, easy to follow, hassle free and professional. Much easier than arranging a company to come out which can be time consuming. The only suggestion I have that could improve ther service is that I would find it really helpful if there was an email reminder service a month before.”

“My Surgery have never used Smart Water Testing before. We needed to send off water samples for Legionella testing. It was very reasonably priced, instructions were very clear and easy, the sample was picked up the following day and confirmation certificate followed within 10 days. I would absolutely use the service again this year to check our water samples.”
