“The wrong site address always shows up on your website, they all show as the same site even when I put the correct address in when ordering. I have also not received the certificate, overall a poor experience compared to my other orders.”

“After finding out we needed to test our water we had to find a reliable and professional service who could do this at an acceptable price as we are a small charity. Smartwater Testing fitted that bill and we decided to go with the flow. We sent off for the kit and the kit was sent very promptly. We then did the testing following the very excellent instructions that came with the kit. We then sent our water samples off and within two weeks we got our certificate. So thanks very much for your fast and efficient service.”
