“Taking the four water samples was straightforward and easily explained in the literature. From taking to post office to receiving test certificate took 19 days. For some reason I couldn't get a password active but the help was there and sorted promptly. I would use Smart water testing again.”

“Friendly and professional. Easy to do. Only issue was understanding how to get the certificate. I’d have preferred it to have been emailed without having to try and navigate the website. Other than that though, all good”

“We are a church and whilst we feel it important that we are compliant with legislation, we are not cash rich and Smartwater offers a cost-effective option. Despite the price, the company is quick to deliver the test system, which comes with clear and concise instructions. Once returned (we used the postal system), they kept us up to date throughout, via email.”

“Recieved the testing kits which was straight forward to use. Disappointed with the collection service - had no communication to say it was being collected or that it had been. I left it on the doorstep on the off chance they took it which luckily they did but I had no idea and neither did the help support when I asked them. Results came back quickly.”
