Please note that we don't write any of the manuals. We simply print and bind what is provided by the manufacturer. If you are not happy with the manual please return it for a full refund.

Hello I am sorry we are seeing major delays in the delivery times due to covid 19 and the Christmas period with the increase in post with every body shopping on line. Postal services here in the UK are working with staff shortages and with the increase in the amount of post going through the system as impacted on the speed it pass through. Once the post has left the UK and reaches the USA it has to clear customs and then enter into the USPS and if they are having the same problems as the UK postal service then this is why it is taking extra time.

“Faults with this manual are as follows: 1 - The print is too small and very grey as are the Icons which are unrecognizable. 2 - The instructions should be ABC simple, not everybody is familiar with the modern (Smart) telephone, if they were they would not need the manual in the first place. 3 - For a very small photocopy the manual is terribly overpriced. 4 - A larger print colour manual re-written maybe of more use.”

“I am a pensioner in my 79th year and find that most printed matter on many documents are very small-making me think they do not want you to read it ? Further to updating my mobile phone to a Samsung Galaxy I hoped that it would be easier to use--Just the opposite ! There is a Manual in the phone and a Manual online which are both the same so I thought I would send for a printed version which I thought would be larger PRINT but it is NO DIFFERENT !!! Hello I am sorry you have not received the manual. We use Royal mail to send our mail and once the order enters in to the postal system we have no control over the delivery. But please be a wear due to the covid 19 virus this has impacted on the postal systems all over the world and there are delays due to staff shortages. The order was posted on the 9th June.I have all your details and I will resend the order just in case it has gone missing in the post but please remember this may take a little while as well.
