“Other than switching the power on, I found it lacking in how to navigate as I have never had one before Maybe it is something to do with my age/ability. Delivery of manual was fast though.”

“Unfortunately Mum has returned the Doro 8050 and looking at a smaller mobile phone. We did not think you would refund or take the manual back so have not requested a refund. Thanks”
