“The site was easy to use and I appreciated the chat contact which confirmed the correct manual for my cell phone. My only complaint, and I think it is important, is that I did not receive a confirmation email.”

“I ordered a manual for a Nokia 3.1 mobile phone, the package was delivered very quickly unfortunately with a manual for a Samsung phone. The invoice enclosed was for a lady at a different address. I contacted the company who informed me a correct version would be delivered soon. It did arrive but the size of the print is much smaller than the Samsung and very difficult to read.”

I'm sorry you weren't happy. Please note that we don't write the manuals, we just print and bind what is written by the manufacturer. If you don't want the manual please return it for a 100% refund.

“It gave me just what I needed in print. Although I downloaded the manual, it was too much trouble to go through all of it's pages and references on my computer. Thank you for making the manual available in print. It was a little pricey but well worth it.”
