“I hate reading manuals from the web and having had two Camera Printed Manuals from OTC these last few year I decided to get their Samsung Moble Manaual for the new mobile I had just purchased. My late husband also purchased a manual from OTC when he got his IPad and foundit such a help. I have started reading the Smartphone-Manual.com and already finding it a help and would recommend them to others who like to have them at hand.”

“Truthfully, I have not yet had the opportunity to go through the entire manual (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone). I have had the phone for less than two weeks and sometimes life get in the way....but the manual is 200+ pages, well written and I know this from experience as I have ordered camera manuals from this company and was pleased with their product!”

Hello The manual ordered was a iPhone manual for beginners, this is a simple manual for new iPhone users. Apple only make the full user guide for you to view on their website.

“I had no problem with your service, but do have a problem with the manual for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G. I bought the manual to learn how to sent an email with an attachment photo from my saved photos. The manual has nothing to say on the subject.”

Hello Please check which model you have as Motorola make many phones and the model numbers and names do not differ greatly and it can be confusing when they just a one letter.

“1. The "Quick Guide" leaflet which came with my Nokia 110 smartphone understandably had very small typeface for the text. Additionally it was lacking in completeness, for instance there was nothing telling me how to read an incoming Text Message. Your "Manual" had larger print, but otherwise was just a reprint of the leaflet and hence does not tell me how to receive a Text. Curiously, for some bizarre reason the emboldened characters of the leaflet have been changed from "Bold" to "Greyed" in your "Manual", which obviously makes them less legible!! I am trying to either (a) master the use of my Nokia 110, or (b) assess the benefits of upgrading to a Motorola Moto E13. I'm afraid your "Manuals" will not be of any help to me in achieving either aim.”

Hello I am sorry you are finding the manuals not helpful but these are the manuals the manufacture make available for your phones. We simply print them from a PDF found on the manufactures website and send them out.
