“I was very pleased to get this manual and it's already helped me on a number of points with regard my new Samsung phone. Yes, the manual is built into the phone but you can't experiment with settings while your screen is occupied by the relevant pages. As this company says, it's much better to have it there in front of you so that you can easily follow what you're trying to understand. I'd say it was well worth the small extra cost to have the ring-bound version of the manual, then you can sit looking at it while the page stays open. It's very nicely presented and printed and the delivery was very fast indeed - after a warning that there could be a short delay because of problems to do with Covid hampering the work. It came the next day! Highly recommended”

“This is the first smartphone I have bought so I do not have much knowledge how to use them. The manual is a great help as it does not assume that you know about these things but advises you in words of one syllable how to proceed. I have the spiral binding and it is great as you can keep the pages open and have your phone next to it to work on.”

“The provision of a spiral bound handbook is very useful and make s checking the operation of the unit easier. The only limitation is the information supplied by the producer of the OFT instrument. Will continue the o buy hardcopy manuals.”

“It used abbreviations that I did not know what they meant. No explanation of symbols on the screen, what they meant or what they were for or what they did or when to use them. I could find how to make a call, send a text, how to answer the phone or any of the basic things a phone should do. I really felt cheated and foolish and stupid! Money wasted. A chart explaining what each symbol was for would have really helped as a base to start using the phone would enable users to get started.”

“Just what I needed to work out what I can do with my galaxy A51 phone as it didn’t come with a manual to show how to set it up so I am well pleased with my purchase of the manual and would definitely use OTC again if I need another manual. Would recommend them to anyone looking for printed manuals.”

“My phone wasn't listed so I email a request for it. Immediate response with reference to it. Ordered and paid. It arrived in the post 2 days later. Good quality manual. I find a paper manual much easier to use than an online guide.”
