Hello We can only print what the manufacturers make available on their websites, Unfortunately some manufacturers PDF's when printed off are poor. I will resend the order in A4 size this will increase the text which will make it easier to read. Regards Julie

Hello We sent you the user manual that Apple have available for their devices. Unfortunately these phones have a lot on them and so the manual will have lots of information in them. Regards Julie

“I am delighted with the iPhone user guide which I bought from you. Although I have downloaded the guide from Apple I much prefer the printed version which is extremely clear and easy to use with the spiral binding. I really don't know how you do it for the price you charge! And the delivery was very fast as well. All round excellent service. Thank you.”

Hello I have checked and your order was posted from here in the UK on the 4th June. Before covid 19 virus delivery was 10 days to the USA but it has impacted on the postal services around the world and delivery times are taking a little longer. Regards Julie
