“The manual was just as great as those I got from you in the past. The major problem I had was buying this with my credit card. Most were rejected as a "foreign" purchase. One even caused me to have to pay a visit to the bank to explain whether I was, or had been, overseas or not!”

I'm afraid that is how Apple make their manuals. They relate to the iOS operating system rather than a particular model of phone. In fact the phones are all basically the same, all that matters is the software. Please remember that if you are unhappy with the manual, for whatever reason, you can always return it to us for a 100% refund.
