Seek out the negative reviews on this website and other sites, all of which seem entirely accurate based on my experience. I am dubious as to whether many of the positive reviews are genuine so be careful not to be taken in by them or the blurb on their website which makes them sound like a reliable company. They are the most unreliable that I have dealt with. Cancelled my order 20 days ago and still no refund for a very expensive phone.”
