“We were looking for a reconditioned phone for our daughter who wanted an IPhone for xmas. After looking into the best phones for her we looked on several sites and who either had the phone at a costly price or was out of stock or looked a bit used. We then came across Smart Cellular who had the phone stating it was pristine at a reasonable price. We were kept informed constantly about what was happening with it and it arrived earlier then stated, and yes it was pristine would never have known it had been used. It was packaged excellently and can't fault the service would recommend the site.”
“Easy to use website and quick delivery. The colour isnt as blue as shown on the website (iPhone 12 mini), and the battery life isnt great on the despite being positioned as suitable for non-heavy / typical users. The condition of the phone is excellent. Would purchase again.”

“Ordered 2 phones, one arrived a bit late but is perfect and as ordered, the second one, nightmare! Loads of delaying sales tactics, poor excuses and 'let me check this for you and we'll get back to you shortly' yeah right, never did! When they did send out a phone, it was the wrong colour and totally the wrong grade, I'm sure they sold me a phone they they never actually had in stock. Returned the phone, and 2 weeks later they still couldn't acknowledge receiving the return so wouldn't process a refund, i had to call my bank and seek a refund under a disputed transaction, told them this and they didn't even acknowledge that!
They do have cheaper phone, but with that comes cheap service. Worst customer experience I've ever had from any company.”

I am dubious as to whether many of the positive reviews are genuine so be careful not to be taken in by them or the blurb on their website which makes them sound like a reliable company. They are the most unreliable that I have dealt with. Cancelled my order 20 days ago and still no refund for a very expensive phone.”
