Very poor experience selling my Iphone 13 pro max. Was quoted £499 as in excellent condition. Was told only worth £330 as there were “marks on the side”. Price quoted is less than even the Good condition quote of £399! When it was returned I checked the phone and no marks anywhere. This was confirmed when I sold it to Webuyanyphone, who paid me what they quoted of well over £400. Don’t bother with the ‘Customer Service’ either, when I called they wouldn’t let me speak to anyone.

We understand that the condition of a device can be subjective, and we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our evaluations. If a device does not meet the initially quoted condition, we are open to regrading it. We encourage customers to request pictures of their devices if there are any discrepancies in the assessment, and we are more than willing to provide these.

Absolute shower of Sh!t company. Avoid like the plague. Google smart cherry mobiles as thats who you are dealing with. These reviews are being left by bribing people with free earphones. I ordered 2 phones to replace broken mobiles. Ended up asking for a refund after the 1st one was 3 weeks late. Yet to receive the 2nd. 1st one was sent royal mail and was an empty box. Rather than issue a refund they are trying to send me the 2nd phone. Constantly lie. Phone number is answerphone. Email back after 2-3 days. AVOID!!!

Prompt delivery, phone works great. We had a problem with phone colour, however Smart Cellular dealt with this quickly and efficiently. Would recommend if you're looking for a refurbished phone.

Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro max a week before Christmas, arrived within two days and was in excellent condition. One happy daughter with her new phone. Would recommend and use again.

Delivery said 3-5 days. You lied about despatching the phone twice. When I requested a refund 3 weeks later, you sent me the wrong, and damaged phone. I posted the phone back to the address you provided me with, paid for postage myself despite this being your mistake. Today the Royal Mail say they have received instructions from Smart Cellular not to deliver to the address they provided. I cannot get through on the phone, and I am just getting generic email responses back. Just had a text asking me to leave a review so hearing I am. I am now without money or phone, what is going on?

Purchased iPhone 12 for my niece with money given to me by my brother before he passed, he asked me to get a present for Christmas from him. These guys were great, I was in panic mode worrying about whether it would be here for Christmas, they kept me updated, arrived, great condition, my niece is over the moon with it and it's even more special because who it's from. Definitely recommend Smart Cellular.

Ordered ‘Gold iPhone 12 Pro’ Received a call asking if I’d like a blue one. Said no thanks. Good delivery time Received a black one. Requested ‘excellent’ condition. Generally excellent but has a 1 cm scratch on front screen which was disappointing. Not sure I would use again.

I ordered two pristine phones for my daughter's one white one purple but got two white ones, not a problem though, also the phones did have a few scratches on the screen, they were in great condition apart from this, not complaining as my two daughters were happy with them. All in all good phones for the price.

Good price and good communication when delivery was delayed and contacted them on web chat. Difficult to find a phone number to call them and screen has purple blemishes visible on black background which I was surprised about for “excellent condition. In fairness after contacting them have offered an exchange if I wish.
