“I was very surprised at the excellent service when I ordered the iPhone 13 126gb it came within 2 days and it matched the description which was on website, it was certainly pristine with no marks whatsoever, the battery showed 88%.
The price had 15% off and I am paying £100 for 3 months interest free courtesy of Paypal which made the price even better not forgetting the 18 month warranty.
I cannot talk about returns and refunds as I have not needed the chance to use these.
All in all I am one very happy customer and have told all my friends and workmates if you want a good refurbished phone at a great price, look no further than Smart Cellular”
“Hi I ordered on the 24th December as I read the company had next day delivery - I appreciate it was Xmas so didnt expect literally next day delivery but had allowed for the Xmas holidays and weekend. When my phone didn’t arrive in time (I was leaving for an extended trip) i the tried to cancel the phone order - I was told in an email that refund would be issued but if the phone had been sent I would have to return it. I then was told in a second email which was recieved after the refund email that the phone had been sent. Now I didn’t know if I was getting a phone or a refund? My phone arrived 16th January 23 days after I ordered. As I had left home I didn’t need the phone anymore but didn’t know if I the refund was still being processed. I was also promised ear pods as an apology (I had been in contact with various people who were no help and my emails mostly just generated automatic email replys. The ear pods I was promised weren’t in the package. I usually use ioutlet for my phones and iPads and only used this company because of the net day delivery. . I don’t know what the quality of the phone is like as I am still not home to check. (My parents opened the parcel to check if the ear pods were there or not) overall Iwas very disappointed with the service and the confusing communication system. And also th lack of the ear pods so that is why I am doing this review.”

“Phone arrived in stated time and was a very good price but there were a few more visible scratches and marks on screen than I would have expected for a "Pristine" phone. In my opinion, although the rest of the phone was pristine, it should have been labelled very good or excellent because of the light screen damage. On balance kept the phone as it was a good price and with screen protector on all was good.”

“Well laid out website made it easy to choose the model I wanted. Ordering was simple and I received a conformation straight away. The colour I wanted was out of stock but I received a phone call to offer me an alternative or to wait two more days for the original. Delivery came swiftly once in stock. Item was packed in a tight fitting cardboard sleeve with the SIM tool and lead. I was recommended Smart Cellular from a friend who had used them twice before and I would recommend them”
