“Do not use this company, it might be tempting due to their pricing, but their communication, website security & account reconciliation is appalling. In October, I made an online purchase with PayPal, the transaction was unsuccessful so I tried again with my credit card. No order number generated, 10 days later, both transactions of £425 had been taken from my accounts. There is no sign of receiving a phone. Frankie in customer services is useless, constantly stating there is no order, I’m nearly £900 down with no phone. Cut a long story short, eventually I get a phone, admittedly not the colour I ordered, I make a dispute on my credit card. In January smart cherry chase me for payment, despite me showing the PayPal receipts of payment. Now in April they want to take to the small claims court, because they are unable to reconcile their accounts to find my payment via PayPal for the phone. I have no idea how this company trades, it’s disgusting.”
