“Absolutely terrible service. Ordered phone over two weeks ago for daughter for Christmas. Her only present and still not arrived. Was advised delivery in 3 to 5 days. They barely answer phone, when then do they tell you it is being dispatched and will receive Royal Mail notification and never do. They do not send email confirmations. They are also very rude on the phone. Very stressful and would never use again. Would not recommend them. Still not received phone.”

“2 weeks since delivery...After lots of searching for a nearly-new iPhone 13 Mini I settled on Smart Cellular; their price (after including a £15 discount code) and 18 month guarantee made them the most competitive. I chose a Pristine condition model in the colour I wanted and to my delight received a brand new, unopened one. Loving my new phone, really. Questions I had between order and delivery were answered promptly and delivery was fine. The only issue was that the bonus accessory pack included with my purchase on Black Friday was not sent; they are dealing with this now and I'm confident this will be resolved. Would recommend.”
