“Ordered on the 9th December, still haven't received my order even although it was dispatched on the 13th. Supposed to be delivered last week, nothing. Customer service is an absolute joke, emailed, called and contacted on social media without reply. Then left a review on trustpilot where I got a reply from them saying to email or call. Which I have done hundreds of times.

“Ordered an iPhone 13 in pristine condition phone took ages to turn up when it did there was scratches all over the screen was sent back took ages to return another phone and when it turned up was the wrong phone . I'm still waiting for the correct phone ( 19/12/24) was ordered at the end of November and is is Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter so she will feel great when she finds out her dad has got nothing for her for Christmas. 2 phones delivered wrong and still no warranty card either .Email responses take ages online chat is a waste of time all u get is we understand you're frustration and nothing else no help at all . Promising to "reach out" to me but never did.
I have never dealt with such a bad lying, stealing company...ever...don't do it.”
“Ordered 2 phones, one arrived a bit late but is perfect and as ordered, the second one, nightmare! Loads of delaying sales tactics, poor excuses and 'let me check this for you and we'll get back to you shortly' yeah right, never did! When they did send out a phone, it was the wrong colour and totally the wrong grade, I'm sure they sold me a phone they they never actually had in stock. Returned the phone, and 2 weeks later they still couldn't acknowledge receiving the return so wouldn't process a refund, i had to call my bank and seek a refund under a disputed transaction, told them this and they didn't even acknowledge that!
They do have cheaper phone, but with that comes cheap service. Worst customer experience I've ever had from any company.”

I am dubious as to whether many of the positive reviews are genuine so be careful not to be taken in by them or the blurb on their website which makes them sound like a reliable company. “There is so much wrong with this company, it's hard to know where to start ....
Purchased a handset in Excellent condition. The order confirmation email stated I had bought a handset in Good condition. After contacting them, they said it was their mistake but they would send a phone in Excellent condition.
Handset took ages to arrive. At one point they sent an email with an order status update which ... did not include the status of the order.
They also mention that you can check the status of your order online, but there is (another) bug that doesn't allow you to login to your account or reset your password.
Received the phone. It was not in excellent or good or even fair condition. Full of scratches everywhere. Emailed back saying that this was not a phone in excellent condition. They've asked me to send the handset back, which I did out of my own pocket. Meanwhile they did not process my refund and they refuse to answer any of my emails.
I will post my bad experience with Smart Cellular on every website I find where you can leave a review.”
