“Lies and scams! I sent a 2 year old used phone which is in excellent condition for its age. It’s not unused but it does not look like a 2 year old phone. Their initial offer was 2x what they then offered. They then said they could not even sell the phone as good. The photos they sent back ‘as evidence’ are not even of my phone it’s a different colour! They hook and bait by providing high initial offers and then try bait you once they have the phone. I feel cheated and scammed. I would absolutely not recommend them if you want to do honest business.”

It was returned to you with a letter asking for a refund. ~`not only do you not reply to emails or phone calls, you continue to advertise a service you cannot provide. I purchased a mobile phone on 12th October2024 from this company which I returned for a full refund you have to wait 10 days for a refund under there terms and conditions they say they will expedite this but clearly never happened.
I emailed them to say I will be taking the matter further if I do not receive a refund within the next few days then received an e -mail saying it can take 3 days to transfer the money to your bank account ,still waiting,I would never purchase from this company again and would not recommend anybody else to I told them I would be taking legal action to recover my money and I have had advice from a lawyer.”
“I ordered a apple iphone11 off this mob and was given a 3-5 days delivery. When this didnt materialise I contacted them and was told delivery would be end of following week and when this also failed to happen was told sometime the next following week.
By this time I was fed up & cancelled the order completely and they tried to bribe me with offer of free airpods which I rejected.

Sent a phone in at a trade in price of £454 and received an email requesting proof of ownership and ID. This was all duly provided (an official invoice direct from the manufacturer, Samsung). Received an email back stating that they could only offer £300 as they "must purchase insurance for these devices due to the high risk associated with high-value devices".
This is not mentioned in any terms and conditions and should be factored into their offer for a "high value" device in the first place. With the proof I provided (driving licence, bank statement and the invoice from Samsung), I fail to see anything that could actually be provided to meet any threshold to pay the price quoted on their website.
This "offer" was rejected on 31st October and payment sent to have the device returned by Special Delivery on 3rd November. Despite this, I did not receive the device back until 12th November. I don't even think the phone was removed from the packaging I sent it in!
A complete and utter waste of time and money in Special Delivery costs. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. My own stupidity for not reading reviews!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you do research before using this company you will find lots of people with the same experience as I have. I sent my mobile in and they received it on the 10th October, my iPhone was near perfect and was quoted a good amount on their website. I sent my phone in, I didn’t hear anything from them, so I had to email them and eventually they replied with a substantial lower offer which I did not accept. I asked for my phone back, so their reply was the same offer, again I asked for my phone back. They replied with the same offer. I have asked numerous times for my phone back and they are totally ignoring my request. They are not replying to my emails, I have now sent them a letter informing of legal action, which they haven’t responded to. This is a nightmare of a company, I have not ever had such a bad experience. It wasn’t until I started having problems that I found out a lot were also having similar issues. Save yourself the hassle. Total scammers”

They lowered their original offer for my BRAND NEW AND SEALED iPhone stating ‘insurance is high’ if they just offered the correct amount in the first place they wouldn’t have such bad reviews. I was offered a free pair of ear pods to leave a review which I did.
They then informed me that I would not receive as it was not a five star review.
This is very misleading for customers who use reviews as a impartial means to use a company and a extremely unfair way of receiving fraudulent positive reviews.

“I was expecting them to ultimately offer less than initially quoted - this is just how these businesses work once you have sent in your device. But dropping it by two thirds, when the handset is in very good conditions? It's a very dishonest practice and I will not be recommending them to others.

For over a week, I have been continuously chasing them for updates, only to face unprofessional staff behavior and zero customer support. Despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received either the phone or my refund. Order number: 000094729. Avoid this company at all costs!”
