Waited from the 9th December until Saturday 21st for the phone and they have sent the wrong colour out. Closed at the weekend and now no response from emails and call

Urgent: Request for Update on Phone Replacement/Refund Hi, I am writing to request an urgent update regarding my phone replacement or refund. It has now been two weeks since I initiated my request, and the only communication I have received was an automated reply stating I would receive the phone before the weekend. Unfortunately, that has not happened. I am moving abroad in a few days and currently have no phone, which is causing significant stress. Without a phone, I cannot capture memories with loved ones or ensure I have a functional device for my travels. Could you please provide an update as soon as possible regarding the status of my phone or a refund? The lack of communication and delay is extremely disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expected. I would greatly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. Unfortunately, I only seem to get a reply when I write a review.

Do not use this company. Ordered a phone in 'excellent' condition. They took 14 days to send the phone out and 16 days in total for it to arrive. When it did arrive the screen was in a terrible state with scratches so deep you could feel. I always purchase pre used phones and I have never had one in this state before. I Will never use this company again!!!

Where do I start with the lies, unprofessionalism and incompetence. 1. Next day delivery promised (and still being promised for delivery Christmas Day apparently). This did not happen. 2. Tracking number provided over a week later and email confirming phone had been posted. This was a lie which they later admitted to in an email. 3. Refused to answer why they had lied and kept being told to “have faith and trust it would arrive before Christmas” 4. Phone arrived last night. It was missing the charger, the sim pin, the apple box id paid extra for, oh and was not pristine. Marks and chips down all 4 sides. They offered to post a new box and charger out which won’t come before Christmas and said I can buy my own charger and get a refund if I provide a receipt and sales approve it. I now have a phone that doesn’t meet the description of what I was sold, missing items, evidence of failure to deal with a customer complaint correctly and as a lawyer will be taking this matter further. Do not use this company!!!!!!

Smart Cellular Your review is pending.Read more James Trower 0 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Avoid this scam company at all costs I don't really know where to begin with how smart cellular are so awful, and borderline fraudulent operations have affected our experience with them, my partner ordered a Samsung s23 ultra over a month ago and this phone still hasn't arrived not only that the refund they have said is agreed has also not happened, this phone was purchased on the basis of a 48 hour delivery time after a week still no phone, there were false promises and lies from whoever she delt with of online chat, because that is the only was you can have contact with someone, who I think also all use false names and they seem to use a tactic that they tell you what you want to hear and actually do nothing, and all you do is chase them, After she was having so much trouble I got involved, I was dealing with Claire if that's her real name, who eventually agreed a refund of the phone, however that process has been just as frustrating full of blatant lies once again because two weeks later there is still no refund, our only option now is to post the truth on how this company operates in such a fraudulent manner on every platform we can think of until this matter reaches it's conclusion of course if they were to actually refund the phone before we contact the relevant authorities I will happily delete my reviews if this awful experience is delt with

Appalling, don’t buy from these guys, they took the money, offered 3-5 days delivery, 10 days later nothing, completely missed Christmas, lied on every email about delivery, 15 days later still nothing and no reply’s to emails! Don’t buy from them, I think they are importing from the Far East at low cost and making customers wait for weeks and weeks for a product they have paid for.

Ordered on the 9th December, still haven't received my order even although it was dispatched on the 13th. Supposed to be delivered last week, nothing. Customer service is an absolute joke, emailed, called and contacted on social media without reply. Then left a review on trustpilot where I got a reply from them saying to email or call. Which I have done hundreds of times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not buy from this company ,a year on and I still don't have my money have and they have the phone . Total con artists . I have had all the automated emails saying someone is looking into this .but still no further forward

Ordered an iPhone 13 in pristine condition phone took ages to turn up when it did there was scratches all over the screen was sent back took ages to return another phone and when it turned up was the wrong phone . I'm still waiting for the correct phone ( 19/12/24) was ordered at the end of November and is is Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter so she will feel great when she finds out her dad has got nothing for her for Christmas. 2 phones delivered wrong and still no warranty card either .Email responses take ages online chat is a waste of time all u get is we understand you're frustration and nothing else no help at all . And as for phone calls they answered the 1st few times and now not answering at all !!! Thankyou for ruining my daughter's Christmas will never use this company again complete waste of time !!!!!

Would love to give a positive review but ordered two phones and only one has been delivered. Doesn't matter how many times I phone or email you can't get hold of anyone to resolve the problem. We're still a phone down and going to have one disappointed child at Christmas. Smart Cellular, please don't respond with 'just email us' I'd done that three times and you haven't responded. Please just read your emails and resolve this as we are currently a lot of money out of pocket......... Would not recommend at this moment in time!

chased called and emailed - no response - i have a feeling these people are scammers and tomorrow i will be getting clawback from bank as a fraud transaction if they dont resolve, refund or respond - dont have time to waste chasing incompetence and poor service companies

They’re lying scum bags and they hang up on you when u call when you haven’t even been rude. They take your money, tell u it will be delivered in 2-3 days then it’s 5-7 been 10 days since I paid for the phone and still hasn’t arrived but apparently shipped 6 days ago. Useless customer service staff and when u complain u get told to email sales so you do that and they send a generic email that all orders will be delivered by end of this week ….yeah right am going to raise transaction with my bank once it’s been 14 days as they’re ignoring my request of a refund. Don’t know how they even are open or how any of the staff even managed to get jobs as half of them can’t even spell or make sense and all give u robotic answers and never actually answer your questions. Worst company I’ve ever bought from DONT USE !!!!! Now I will probably get a reply saying contact our sales ream who will help. DONE THAT They don’t do s***

They promised minimal investment but it was all lies , I tried to get money out and it was never possible after many tries . Promising to "reach out" to me but never did. I have never dealt with such a bad lying, stealing company...ever...don't do it.

Ordered 2 phones, one arrived a bit late but is perfect and as ordered, the second one, nightmare! Loads of delaying sales tactics, poor excuses and 'let me check this for you and we'll get back to you shortly' yeah right, never did! When they did send out a phone, it was the wrong colour and totally the wrong grade, I'm sure they sold me a phone they they never actually had in stock. Returned the phone, and 2 weeks later they still couldn't acknowledge receiving the return so wouldn't process a refund, i had to call my bank and seek a refund under a disputed transaction, told them this and they didn't even acknowledge that! They do have cheaper phone, but with that comes cheap service. Worst customer experience I've ever had from any company.

Absolutely the worst company that I have had the misfortune to deal with. Don’t let them spoil your Christmas as they have mine. Seek out the negative reviews on this website and other sites, all of which seem entirely accurate based on my experience. I am dubious as to whether many of the positive reviews are genuine so be careful not to be taken in by them or the blurb on their website which makes them sound like a reliable company. They are the most unreliable that I have dealt with. Cancelled my order 20 days ago and still no refund for a very expensive phone.

Ordered a white iphone and received black when having several emails and conversations regarding WHITE. also took far longer than the given and usually 3-5 days. took just over 14 days. Ridiculous service

There is so much wrong with this company, it's hard to know where to start .... Purchased a handset in Excellent condition. The order confirmation email stated I had bought a handset in Good condition. After contacting them, they said it was their mistake but they would send a phone in Excellent condition. Handset took ages to arrive. At one point they sent an email with an order status update which ... did not include the status of the order. They also mention that you can check the status of your order online, but there is (another) bug that doesn't allow you to login to your account or reset your password. Received the phone. It was not in excellent or good or even fair condition. Full of scratches everywhere. Emailed back saying that this was not a phone in excellent condition. They've asked me to send the handset back, which I did out of my own pocket. Meanwhile they did not process my refund and they refuse to answer any of my emails. I will post my bad experience with Smart Cellular on every website I find where you can leave a review.
