“While placing my order I had a slight problem using a discount code and then again making my payment using their Sage pay. One phone call resolved the problems and the company even managed to get my order delivered next day, even though I had missed their cut off time for placing the order. The item arrived well packed and in full working order. This is the second time I have made a purchase and I have received fantastic service again.”

“When I phoned on Saturday there as no answer, I thought perhaps it was a Monday to Friday operation, I had to leave a message. My call was returned very promptly within the hour and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I enquired about Sonos Play 3 stands and was given a very reasonable price AND I was then given an additional discount code. This made the stands by far the cheapest I could find anywhere . I then ordered on-line Saturday and they were delivered Tuesday at the time quoted by the deliver company. Excellent service and when I've saved enough for a sub I'll be back returning. Service exactly as it should be in 2014. Well done and thank you very much”
