“Great experience. Visited the show room and had a listen to various different styles of music. The Sonos Kit handled it all really well. Andy answered all my questions and then my purchases were hand delivered to my door. What could be better!”

“I have purchased Sonos speakers from Smart Home Sounds on two occasions and their execution from initial order through to delivery has been consistently seamless. If spending over a certain amount of money, next day delivery with time slot is free of charge. In addition, Smart Home Sounds offers an excellent customer loyalty programme and regularly provides me with discounts on future purchases. They are my 'go to' Sonos supplier and I will undoubtedly continue to use them in the future as I expand my Sonos infrastructure.”

“I have ordered a couple of times from SHS and both times have been an excellent service. Delivery is ultra quick, they give you a 1 hour delivery slot and I love the option to track the parcel as it travels around. I would recommend them.”

“Excellent - Ordered on Sunday morning 9th November, received a text and email confirming delivery date of my Sonos Playbar for Tuesday 11th November, further comms on delivery day and received at 09:30am. My player was set up within 10 minutes, simple and the quality of the product from opening the box to set up shone through. I have replaced an 8 year old 5.1 system with the player and all my family have praised the sound quality. This is an excellent product, and an excellent company who I will recommend to friends and family. Thank You!”

“As much as the reviews were good on the site I've come to be cynical online so I didn't think much of them. However, the whole process was so smooth and communicative that I can't recommend Smart Home Sounds enough. Their customer service is quick to respond, their loyalty scheme is ideal if you're looking to build your speaker network in future and the speed at which my order was processed and delivered was incredible. Seriously impressed.”
