“I don't normally bother with reviewing anyone or anything. But Smart Homes Sound appear to be a small company (guess) - but with exceptional service. Ordered a Sonos play 5 just before 4pm, came next day. No offence to SHS - nothing special - just what we hope for from any supplier. Great price. Hassle free. Delivered quickly. Well packaged. And just worked. Not tested their support as didn't need it. Happily recommend to buy from.”

“I was looking for a good deal on a Sonos Play 5. Smart Home Sounds were offering one at around £40 less than market price - but in a damaged box. I took the plunge and the box was slightly damaged but the goods inside were (as far as I can tell so far) absolutely perfect. Fantastic sound and so easy to set up. The delivery service was also excellent - ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday within a 1 hour time slot and completely free of charge. I'm just looking for a good price on a couple of Sonos Play 1's now!!”

“Delighted with the excellent service. Goods despatched within 2 hours of ordering on 24 hour service. Took 48 hours to arrive but no fault of yours. I live out in the sticks and the weather was atrocious. Would definitely buy from you again if you have something I require.”
