“Product purchased was the cheapest anywhere on or offline by a country mile. Ordering and payment was easy peasy with quick delivery promised.. Product was purchased at 1053 on 23 Dec and arrived at 1030 on 24 Dec, bang on schedule. Brilliant.”

“Saw the SONOS Play:5 for £30 off compared to other retailers due to a "damaged outer packaging" ... Made a quick call to check on the status, warranty, etc.. A lovely lady answered the phone and confirmed the box only was a slight issue, and everything else was still valid... No problems.... Paid for it online and it was a quick, tracked service with regular updates and the parcel arrived the next day... within an outer packaging.. The SONOS box was only marginally ripped .. everything else within was unopened and in original packing........ so that was definitely worth the bargain price!....... Plugged it in, set it up and works beautifully........ An overall pleasant experience.”
