“Excellent. I ordered Friday afternoon and received and email stating delivery next day. Next day I got a message to say my delivery slot would be between 11.30 and 12.30h. At 11.33h the doorbell went and I got my speakers. Well packaged and just as described. Great service!”

“A great process. Information was very clear online and responses to questions submitted online were dealt with professionally and most importantly, promptly! I ordered late Sunday evening, the items were ready to arrive at my door by Tuesday morning. There was an issue with the delivery (not related to Smart Home Sounds) but I received a call to check everything was okay, thankfully it was but the high level of customer service assures me that I purchased my systems from a reputable business, a business that will be my future go-to place for all audio needs. Well done SMS, very happy.”

“Ordered SONOS sub for £549. This was one of the cheapest prices I could find on the net. Ordered on Thursday evening and item was delivered on Saturday. This service was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended”

“Ordered at 1.00pm, responded immediately with confirmation of order and information that it would be delivered by courier next day, with a time slot of 1 hour. Received time slot and was delivered 5 minutes into time slot at 9.35am. Very prompt, efficient and polite service, would have no hesitation in recommending. Weymouth - Dorset”
