“Spoke to Andrew on the phone, he assured me I would get the 4 sonos amps I needed for the following day. This was in the afternoon and by 8:30am they arrived! Great customer service and very helpful, I will certainly use them again.”

“I ordered a very competitively priced Sonos 5 at around 2pm. It was with me the next day at 9am and there was no charge for delivery. Can't fault them, highly recommend!”

“I have purchased from here on different occasions a sonos sub, 2 x play 3, 2x play 1, play 5 and a boost. The service has been fantastic hence why I wanted over the time to keep to a company I could trust Smart home sounds. If there is any further sonos products I guarantee I will continue to use you. Thank you so much for your price matching, offers, service and delivery and will deal with you again when sonos bring out some more products or I get a bigger house lol.x”

“Great service. Customer service was super quick to come back to me via email. Sonos sub was delivered the very next day during the one hour slot emailed to me in the morning. Couldn't be happier. Also sonos products were better priced than Sonos and John Lewis (who take 5 days to deliver) Highly recommend buying from these guys.”

“This is the second order my wife and I have made from smarthome sounds top job once again arrived as stated next day well packaged. As per the rest of our SONOS equipment it slotted in seamlessly simply plugged in and set up the room. Top marks excellent service, will buy again when we have more rooms in the house! ????????”

“Best Sonos company by far. Customer services were very helpful on the phone, their price was the best I could find (and I'd looked into it a lot!) and they are official distributors giving a full 2 year warranty. Ordered Thursday afternoon and it arrived Friday morning. Now 3 of my friends will be buying from here and I will definitely be back for more!! Highly highly recommended”
