“We love Sonos and Smart Home Sounds. Unfortunately you can't be rated "Very Good" on this occasion because we have had to send out Sub back to Sonons because it doesn't work. Free Play 1?!!”

“I initially contacted Smart Home Sounds regarding a home cinema Sonos package and the web chat advisor was extremely helpful. Once I'd installed my new system I had a problem with controlling the sound and again contacted the web chat team. Again they were very helpful and knowledgeable and resolved my problems I would definitely recommend them.”

“I've previously bought Sonos through a main high street retailer and had problem with setting up, when I called for assistance no one could help! I found Smart Home Sounds who helped me with my technical issues and I've never bought elsewhere since. Fantastic product, amazing service, they really know their products. Thanks again, will be back for more. Sonos is addictive.”

“This is my second purchase from Smart Home Sounds and frankly I would never go anywhere else for Sonos equipment. The advice pre-sale was excellent and the prices are competitive. Post sales, the courier managed to deliver to another address which seems to be an increasing trend when buying on-line. The Company efficiently assisted in recovery. This is how every Company should operate. Well done Smart Home Sounds”

“I'd been thinking about buying a SONOS speaker (or 2) for a while, and when I saw the interest -free credit option on Smart Home Sounds, I decided to order the PLAY.5 as opposed to the PLAY.3 - boy am I glad I did! I ordered it on the Wednesday night, and it arrived by Friday lunchtime. It is an amazing bit of kit and I would highly recommend both SONOS and Smart Home Sounds it to anyone who cares about the quality of their music system and wants a quick, professional supplier.”
