Delivered what I ordered very quickly. Reduced star rating because I didn’t receive a reply to pre-purchase questions. I used their online form and received an automated reply, but nothing further (checked spam folders etc). I also didn’t receive a notification of dispatch of the items meaning I missed the first delivery attempt. But I got them the next day no problem.

Really fast delivery. However, the tyre dressing bottle lid was loose in the box and had leaked over everything else, fingers crossed the cloths can clean up alright as the tyre dressing is pretty greasy.

Usually faultless.... however on this occasion, my package was left outside in the pouring rain.... couldn’t pick up the box without it falling apart and water pouring out of it. fortunately the goods seem to be ok inside... Haven’t used them yet though.

I chose this spray bottle coz I wanted a particular spray nozzle but they turned up with a chappy one instead of the ones shown.

Ordered Slim's 75mm Backing Pad Kit With Hook and Loop for 5/16. Received a backing plate with M6 Thread. Called and let them know. James looked into it and sorted it by sending the right backplate on next day delivery. Did not have the heart to tell him I ordered a slim wash bucket in black and received a white one. Seems petty but shows whoever is picking the orders does not have very good attention to detail.

This was my first order from Slims, purchased Angelwax Fast Foam and the Bilt Hamber Autowheel. Communication was good, packaging was superb and delivery was quick. Have not used the products yes so cannot comment. One complaint was that the Autowheel comes with its own spray nozzle which is not specified in the description nor is it shown in the photo, so I need not have ordered and paid for a spray nozzle. Better description on product page would help.

the prices were really good and fast delivery too...i would of given 5 stars but my order was for three items but i only received two a detailing brush was missing that i had paid for so not too happy about that

Delivery took a few days but not impressed with the chemical guys product. Went to use it on my vehicle and after just 2 sprays it now won't spray! So just about useless now. So that's a whole spray bottle full of polish useless unless I find another empty one to transfer it into. Will be sticking to my usual poor boys polish for amazon in future.

I used slims as i got recommended by a family member. I placed an order on sunday and it got delivered friday, which i thought was quite slow in this day and age. I opened the package up on the saturday and realised a item was missing. Nothing was said in the delivery and no email. Today 9 days later i get a tracking note from Apc for the missing item. No email or apology from slims to say sorry about late delivery etc. Not overlyimpressed with the customer service or delivery timescale. I will use them 1 more time but if the same happens next time, then i will shop elsewhere. Plenty of others that will look after there customers better. Come on slims don't ruin a great reputation you have.

Great product but says next day delivery in most cases , but why did it take 3 days to dispatch then get next day delivery?

We have seen an increase in orders this month as the weather changes and we are also continuing to stick to Government COVID-19 guidelines, which does slow our process down somewhat. Had to ring up to chase my order and when it did arrive one of items was wrong. I did receive the correct item after I had rang again.

Products as expected and prices as fair as anyone but delivery want as swift as I would like and will factor this in when considering any future orders.
