“Whole bundle of products ordered and received, packed really well. 5☆ Customer service let it down, ordered after 3pm so expected to wait an extra day, when contacted for an update on my order, replied were very timely and blunt, didn't seem interested to help. Will order again but will make sure it is well in advance of requiring a top up as delivery seems to be as and when they feel like picking/packing and posting.”

“I was given the impression that I would get the 10% discount on my first order. Despite asking Slims to “gimme that code” no discount was forth coming.”

“Microfibre towels were not correct colour ordered. Not the end of the world. But I like to differentiate towels for different jobs. Disappointing.”

“All items delivered as promised. However the clarify glass cleaner from CarPro did not come with a spray head so I can’t use it until I have one. Come on CarPro!”

“Ordering was simple enough but delivery a different them paid £4.95 for only to go to wrong address luckily someone brought it to me 4 days 3 days later 🙄”

“This is the first time I have used Slims they have a good range of products The order arrived quickly my only issue was with the delivery. I had no notification about the delivery until the delivery driver was outside my empty house! I checked the Slims website that morning and it said it had not been dispatched. The delivery was left in a safe place so it was ok in the end.”

“Well, your normally very good but we ordered 2x Carpro Quartz Skin ceramic coat packs on Friday las week and we only got the Wednesday afternoon this week! Caused us a lot of grief with our client. Mark Mills SuperCar PPF Invoice number CVW5136734”

“You are the main supplier of CarPro products in the U.K. and you are always out of stock on major things. It’s really very poor. Improve your stock. Also the corner cutting is very apparent. Receiving an ancient nearly expired bottle of ech2o and only getting one spray head when buying 2 very expensive bottles of carpro fabric is just being cheap guys.”

“I ordered a medium sized Wheel Woolies brush from Slim's. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I was very disappointed with the actual size of the item however, as it appears much bigger in the images, but there is no real indication as to the size other than that of the handle in the description. Had I known the medium sized brush was so small, I would have ordered a large one instead.”

“Service from slims has been good, the delivery on the other hand has been shocking! Jobs have been lost due to the poor judgement of to the drives leaving parcels at addresses no where near where I live”

“Ive given Slims 5/5 on previous reviews however my last order (4th) placed will only receive 3/5. Reason(s) are 1 item was displayed as in stock but was not, this was explained by a phone call but after I had paid. My order was dispatched from 2 different sites on different days but the most annoying issue for me is my e-mails being ignored! Sent 3 with no reply, all my items have been delivered safely, customer service is my priority guys.”

“I would definitely purchase more products from yourself if the delivery costs weren't so high. I live 30 miles north of Aberdeen, near Peterhead. £7.50 for delivery to the "highlands" is honestly a joke. Especially considering the highlands are 100 miles north west of my location......”
