“I used slims as i got recommended by a family member. I placed an order on sunday and it got delivered friday, which i thought was quite slow in this day and age. I opened the package up on the saturday and realised a item was missing. Nothing was said in the delivery and no email. Today 9 days later i get a tracking note from Apc for the missing item. No email or apology from slims to say sorry about late delivery etc. Not overlyimpressed with the customer service or delivery timescale. I will use them 1 more time but if the same happens next time, then i will shop elsewhere. Plenty of others that will look after there customers better. Come on slims don't ruin a great reputation you have.”

“Had to ring up to chase my order and when it did arrive one of items was wrong. I did receive the correct item after I had rang again.”

“Fast service , competitive pricing,but disappointing customer service .the member of staff was unhelpful ,and when asked about a technical question regarding (purchased) product, would only confirm what product was listed as As I write this DPD have confirmed delivery of product,but I think I have ordered a product not quite suited to my requirement. Item in question was over £550.”

“Whole bundle of products ordered and received, packed really well. 5☆ Customer service let it down, ordered after 3pm so expected to wait an extra day, when contacted for an update on my order, replied were very timely and blunt, didn't seem interested to help. Will order again but will make sure it is well in advance of requiring a top up as delivery seems to be as and when they feel like picking/packing and posting.”

“All items delivered as promised. However the clarify glass cleaner from CarPro did not come with a spray head so I can’t use it until I have one. Come on CarPro!”

“This is the first time I have used Slims they have a good range of products The order arrived quickly my only issue was with the delivery. I had no notification about the delivery until the delivery driver was outside my empty house! I checked the Slims website that morning and it said it had not been dispatched. The delivery was left in a safe place so it was ok in the end.”

“Well, your normally very good but we ordered 2x Carpro Quartz Skin ceramic coat packs on Friday las week and we only got the Wednesday afternoon this week! Caused us a lot of grief with our client. Mark Mills SuperCar PPF Invoice number CVW5136734”

“You are the main supplier of CarPro products in the U.K. and you are always out of stock on major things. It’s really very poor. Improve your stock. Also the corner cutting is very apparent. Receiving an ancient nearly expired bottle of ech2o and only getting one spray head when buying 2 very expensive bottles of carpro fabric is just being cheap guys.”
