“Very Happy with the service and speed of delivery, would have given 5 stars but one of the auto finesse products was not as effective as I would have hoped, (tar remover), but otherwise all good.”

“I had to contact Slims as my order was not arriving after some initial difficulties I was contacted by e-mail and telephone to say they had identified the problem at their end and my order would arrive on Monday. Fast forward and order duly arrived as stated, sent next day/overnight delivery. Whilst I had some difficulties, the staff (as usual) were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure I got my purchase ASAP. It is testament to Slims customer service that was very impressive and will ensure I return when I need further supplies.”

“Easy to navigate website with most of the products I use on a daily basis and despatched fast on next day delivery. Just a shame the notes section as regards my delivery didn't get through to the DPD driver as he failed to deliver as instructed so still awaiting goods.”

“My first order did not go very well. This was my own fault as i saw 10% off first order and did not read small print and as i did not get the discount that i believed i should, i sent the order straight back. James dealt with the refund, and did so very well.”

“Ordered two items on line. Only one item delivered then rung to be advised item was out of stock and would be with me in 7 days. Received the item 3 weeks later after ringing. Was told that as a token on their behalf I would received some free items. I didn't!”
