“Great service will use again and neatly packaged.However guys my Koch chemie multi interior cleaner, the trigger head was cracked.I can still use the product with the trigger head, this is why I have not returned it.”

“Prices are reasonable quick service . disappointed with slims starting to charge carriage for delivery as one off the attractions was free delivery even if it was a week for delivery I did not mind ,however I did write about there carriage charges on my last order but have had no reply from slims about it ,probably start looking elsewhere for better deals which is disappointing”

“Hi Items and price were great but delivery was poor. The packaging was badly damaged and the express wax had leeched in the box. Items were packed well and taped but box was burst open and no invoice present? Sorry not 5 stars but to improve you need to know the issues. I will use again. Regards Tom”

“+: A very good selection of detailing products and easy to finding what you are looking for. Package arrived on time. Most careful packing and protection of items I've ever seen. -: I'd have ordered several times before but always found out of stock products. Disappointed that something I ordered was out of stock, even though shown as in stock at point of ordering.”

“The internet site is very well organised. Products info is detailed. A good variety from the US is appreciated. Problems with initial order was handled quickly and accurately. I'm still waiting for that initial delivery to Portugal ... we'll see how well that goes.”

“I was very pleased with slims's. The only thing that let it down was the delivery. I requested it was delivered to my work address, but it actually got delivered to my home address & was left by the front door for anyone to take! Very happy other than that, would just like it delivered to my correct address in the future.”
