“Article ordered one day and delivered the next. Excellent. Order complete and satisfactory. The only slight 'beef' - although I received delivery the following day I actually ordered the cheapest delivery and even that was £4.15 for an item priced at £5.21 and about the size of a mug and weighing only a few ounces.”

“Good site has everything I need and stuff I didn't know I need in 1 place. 1 star off for the postage costs which are high compared to e-bay and some direct suppliers. But I don't mind paying for convenience.”

“I was happy with how fast you could find the iteams I was looking and getting a little bit off too.. but when I went to order it it said next day over £50 but didn't come so I phoned and asked and it said 2 days so wasn't to happy as I spent over £100 to get the next day delivery”

“The communication from Slims regarding my order was excellent. The speed of the delivery was very quick but the only negative point I would make is that my order was a gift for my husband and when the package arrived it had your company logos all over the package which subsequently my husband saw when it arrived, ruining the surprise . It would be great if you had a gift option to avoid this in future, but apart from that very happy with the service of Slims.”

“Product came very quick but a 100ml bottle in a shoe box size carton was a bit ott. Can't wait to try 'this stuff at the weekend. Reviews on it look great”

“The prices and delivery were very reasonable, but I wish the girt guards that were sold along side the was bucket was a better fitment. as these ones seem to be 1 inch too small around the bottom of the buckets and will allow dirt to escape from the bottom. Other then that its a good service :)”

“The Eco Smart waterless wash and wax concentrate seems to do exactly what it says on the tin, my only small gripe is that I never received an email to tell me it had been dispatched and it was only by luck that I was in when it was delivered.”

“Great service will use again and neatly packaged.However guys my Koch chemie multi interior cleaner, the trigger head was cracked.I can still use the product with the trigger head, this is why I have not returned it.”
