“Easy to use site with good options on products competitively priced. Items were as described and packaged well. As I didn't order over £50 worth delivery did bump up the cost and delivery was a day later due to delivery company and not Slims; however that is the only reason 4 stars and not 5.”

“Order was completed quickly, parcel wasn’t in the best condition, looked like someone had been trying to get inside. Tried to order 2 applicator pads but hadn’t gone through properly so ended up with just the 1.”

“Thanks Slims for helping me with my first order. I contacted Auto Finesse first as I needed some help knowing the right type of product and they recommended you guys for an all around package (incl orbital polisher). I found your website easy to navigate and found the kit I needed at a great price. Delivery was swift and every arrived as per the spec. Fantastic! The only slight downer was having read a couple of your blogs I realised it was your birthday and you were giving away some samples. I'd missed the boat by about 2 days but sent a message on your facebook page to ask if you had any spares left. I could see that 'sean' had opened and read the message but I didn't get a reply, even to say sorry, no can do... Not a biggie though. Hopefully i'll be back on your site again soon!”

“I placed my order easily enough although had to order 2 x Gtechniq C5 15ml bottles as you don't seem to stock the 30ml like most others. I choose free delivery to my home address as my order value was over the limit to get this. I received info that my order was being sent for collection to Sainsbury's, why? Then informed it was delayed for collection on Monday, then received another email saying it was actually ready for collection from Sainsbury's, so rather confused. Saying that, the order was all good and packed very well. I didn't receive a birthday gift which I thought I might as mentioned on the Facebook page.”

“Couldn't order specific product due to not having it in stock but with wide range of products found something else. Order was delivered quickly but postage is bit pricey. From my list of 5 products found only 3 in stock. Overall good. will use again.”
