“Received da polisher very quick, was very surprised to see some freebies in the box, a microfiber cloth, 2 air freshners and a bottle of wax. The polisher is my chrimbo present so haven't used it yet. But looks like it's worth the money.”

“Slims staff are great and products are great. The only let down .... The website. No notifications. No confirmation of orders. And the site is hard to navigate. Come on guys your all superb. And great prices. You could be top of the tree. Sort this site out once and for all. Made an order for collection and recieved no confirmation it had a drives for collection.”

“I'm happy with products and well packed parcel but.... Parcel was delivered next door with no message left. I looked for it few days. Finaly would be nice to get some samples or any detailing stickers or liflets, gadget with large order just to make customers return and buy again. Others detailing online stores always send something. Very minimal cost but easy way to make customers happy specialy with first welcome order. Apologies but I'm trying to be honest and from my life experience is always paying back. Spend bit more to make people happy and they will be yours forever. Many thanks. Wojciech Skladowski”

“You guys need to changer the currier, APC it's a no no 3 days to get it deliverer, when they was just few houses away on the 15,16 of September 2020, according to their tracking system, and they decide to deliver it on 17 🤷🤦‍♂️”

“Happy with everything apart from the 10% first order discount which is a pain as it means I have to keep using different email addresses to get it each time. It should just be 10% all the time or not at all. Also, there is a really annoying feature on the website when you click more details on a product. It does a scroll down the page (sort of thing), but it's really slow and annoying. Just make it instantly open the extra information, nobody wants delays and fancy sliding stuff like this.”
