“Excellent prices and service, very happy with everything. Placed my order on Friday and got the free delivery option expecting my order the next week but Slims shipped it out for a Saturday delivery at no extra cost. Amazing in my opinion and really appreciated. 👌 I can't say this would happen for everybody, as it probably depends how busy they are, but it happened for me and I wanted to let people know they go above and beyond for customers. Thanks very much, Nick”

“I bought a load of stuff a some was great BUT I bought 2 buckets…one was cracked badly at bottom and a blue and white pump bottle for pre wash was terrible! Threw it away”

“I placed two orders on Saturday 21st March, one with Slims Detailing and the other with The Ultimate Finish. both used the same courier, DPD. I received Ultimate Finish on Tuesday 24th. I am still waiting for my order to be received from Slims Detailing. DPD for Slims said that had local delivery problems on 24th and could not deliver and promised to deliver on 25th, then again said they could not deliver due to local delivery problems. I have received other DPD deliveries in this timeframe. somwething rings untrue. I have sent messages but no one is replying. This has had an impact on our business, we now need to place an order elsewhere. Unfortunately, I am going to have to say on my experience that I will not be using Slims for my business, as I need reliablilty.”
