“Ordered what is shown as two spray heads in pictures on the website only to receive one. Then im told the description says “ head” so extremely misleading and expensive for just one. Don’t trust the pictures on the website”

“I find Slim's website easy to use, with clear explanations of what the products "do". Checkout was easy (even drunk me managed, apparently) with good payment options: the parcel was quickly dispatched and arrived in perfect condition. I had it diverted to a DPD pickup which worked well, and stopped everything getting wet when left outside! So. my BH products replenished, and a new one to try. What's not to like?”

“Everything ordered delivered, in a strong box although the bottles of liquid were all on their side but none had leaked. Used Slim's before and will use them again.”

“Good products and they had them in stock, which others didn’t have. Great very responsive communication. Had a Little issue with delivery supposed to be on a Saturday but it that was down to the courier. Slims Immediately refunded the difference for the Saturday miss so cannot say fairer than that. Thanks”

“Another spot on order and delivery from Slims. Great price. I like that i can earn Slims reward points and use them against my orders. Asked for the Free 3-4 day delivery service and my order turned up the next day, FANTASTIC. Always a great selection of products with a good price.
