“One of the Bilt Hamber products leaked over everything else in the box. let that slide but then noticed the 3" DA backing plate kit fit my machine but the vibration caused by it made it unuseable. I've emailed customer services a week ago to return it but had no response.”

“I made the mistake some months ago of ordering a lite of BHTouchless instead of Traceless so when I simply swapped the spray head over and started to clean the rear screen it was apparent that I'd made a simple error. Double checking the price of the 5L vs 1L of Traceless it appealed to my Yorkshire sense of saving brass. The order was quickly dispatched and I saved even more money by having it delivered to my local locker in the Co-Op instead of to my home address - WIN WIN!”
