“Order around 10 products - received them a couple of days later - all well packaged. Good comms from the courier so wil definitely buy again from Slims.”

“It has taken me two trips to get the package. It appears Slim’s incorrectly sent it as a “home delivery” when I had paid for and requested a “post office pick up” online. This meant that the post office could not book the delivery into their system or release the package to me. Phone calls to DPD eventually resolved the issue after they advised that they escalated the issue internally to their management to allow a release to me. Not a good start for my first order with Slim’s. Hope the product is way better than the eventual delivery of it.”

“Have ordered from Slim’s on multiple occasions and usually there have been no problems. However, on my last order one of the products had leaked all over the packaging and the rest of the items resulting in an empty bottle. It’s been over a week and there has been no reply to any of the emails I have sent regarding this issue. So the company seems fine if everything goes well, but unwilling to engage if you have any issues with your order.”
