“First order placed with Slim's. Online shop easy to navigate and place order. Delivery on time and substantial packing that protected the contents. Attention to detail like using tape to secure the plastic cap on the aerosol canister thus preventing discharge in transit. Products purchased were Dynax-UC and Auto-QD from Bilt Hamber. Not used these before. The Dynax-UC is what I expected. The Auto-QD does not meet all my needs. Should have read the full spec on Bilt Hamber site before ordering - it is not just a waterless cleaner. It is not suitable for matt finish paint as it has gloss enhancers. For my other vehicle it should be fine, although I have yet to try an application.”

“I am a registerd customer with previous purchases. I was very dissapointed after recently spending nearly £60.00 and having a £2.00 credit you refused to add a detailing brush which cost under £2.00 to my order but was very straight in telling me that I would have to purchase the brush as a new order with the posting cost of nearly £5.00. I was so upset I nearly returned my order. You went as far as asking me if I made the request to add the item to my order which I sent to you as proof that I made the request before you shipped the items but with the firm NO you are not willing to add the brush, it appears to me that all you see is making a profit rather that customer satifaction. Goodbye Slim's I will not be buying from you again.”
