“Fantastic product but why is it still being sent out in unrecyclable Jiffy bag packaging ? It's all but impossible to separate the plastic padding from the paper envelope. I asked about this months ago and was told it was changing.”

“I've been using their products literally for decades to (successfully) control my rosacea. I like that the packaging has always been no-fuss, and that when you're getting towards the end of a tube, you can cut it open with scissors and get a few more days' applications while you wait for the re-order to come through. I had a couple of issues - nothing serious - and their customer help people really are very helpful. Their IT team even gave me a tip a few years ago which proved very useful at work - truly "above and beyond". Really nice to deal with humans.”
