“I have used Skin Shop products for some years now, first being recommended their lip products for my cold-sore prone lips. I have always found them excellent to deal with and their products good. I have experienced most of their ranges now. I would love to see more environmentally friendly containers for products, or at least, recycling facilities for their tubes. That said, the prices have risen a lot already since I began using the products, and I can't afford to keep shouldering additional rises in costs.”

“Love the products, however I was very disappointed with their customer service this time. I ordered two products, one was in stock and one out of stock for about a month. I contacted them and got no reply. I contacted again and they said that it had said on the website that it wasn't in stock. I asked if they could send me the product that was in stock because I had ran out but they ignored me for a second time. So I had to go without for a while. Surely, knowing that I had ran out they could have sent it to me separately, especially as I have been a customer for years 😞”

“Ordered on 10th July - now is 21st July and still not received the shampoo I've paid for. Customer service is bad - have to 'raise a ticket' for someone to message back. They don't reply to messages - you have to raise a ticket each time you want to ask questions. The people on the phone say that they are not connected to the website. So they will not help. It is an extremely poor and frustrating system.”
