“Product itself seems excellent - is working almost instantly - tick. However giving 3* due to Delivery charge - which should have been 48 hours and paid £3.95 for the privalage. The parcel took 4 days to arrive, so dont understand why standard delivery is not offered because that is what you get.”

“Prices have risen recently, where to be fair it doesn’t seem really that balanced. Put together with £3.95 for postage for a 50ml tube of cream and it doesn’t sit right really. I cannot question the quality of KALME but the price structure and postage could be looked at.”

“I had some Kalme cream for my rosacea it seemed to work but still left my cheeks very dry. I ordered some oil but found that this did not really work at all I tried putting less on as it was so oily again not much luck infact my skin seemed to get worse. I have actually had to go to the drs as it's so bad now. The service I received from the skin shop was very good easy to order and fast delivery it just doesn't seem to work for me personally.”

“I have only used the shampoo and conditioner about 4 times and so far it’s sadly made no difference at all. Was looking for a natural treatment for my psoriasis but I’m afraid this doesn’t seem to be the one. The website and delivery were excellent so this is just 2 products I’m disappointed in”

“Item arrived quite quickly, and was as described. Unsure as to whether products will agree with my skin, and the returns policy is a bit restrictive. It can take over a week for my rosacea to decide whether or not it will accept a new product or flare up in response, so I’m not clear on if I could still return products after this much use.”

“I bought this product one week before. It's good but my skin have many acnes and scars so I think it will take some more time about 2 to 3 weeks. But now I have one relaxation that I am not getting any new acnes...happy to use it...”
