“Beautiful rich cream which moisturises and calms sensitive skin. Shame the packaging isn't recyclable. I've tried to separate the plastic and the paper but I can't do it.”

“I have shopped with the Skin Shop for many years & do love their products. I mainly buy from the Kalme range as I have rosacea & find all the products from Kalme do help my skin immensely. I occasionally buy from the Hydrosil range as my daughter has eczema & the dry eye gel is excellent. However I recently received an e mail offering me a free gift of Kalme undercoat if I placed an order of £20+ that day. I use the Undercoat on a daily basis so I tried placing an order for Kalme day & night cream. I tried several times to add the code for my free gift but the site wouldn't allow me to enter it. I then assumed any order of over £20 would receive the free gift. My order arrived promptly as usual but no free gift. I've e mailed twice to ask why but my reply says I needed to add the undercoat to my order & then it would be discounted. I just would like to make people aware I think that this is not explained properly & need to be extra careful if free gifts are offered.”
