“I have been buying my eye gel from Skin Shop for over ten years now. The gel is the same as it always was and still works brilliantly for me. I had eczema around my eyes and discovered Hydrosil Dry Eye Gel when I was desperately looking for something to ease it. I have not tried anything else since. It still works brilliantly which means they haven't changed it (like so many other companies unfortunately do) and it's still easy to order with a prompt delivery. I remain delighted with Skin Shop and hope anybody reading this finds the Hydrosil eye gel as soothing as I do.”

“Silver serum is excellent for rosaceae, I have also used it on minor burns too. I use the Skin Shop's subscription service as it reduces the price and I don't need to remember to reorder. I can't see a time when I won't be using silver serum from the Skin Shop ⭐”

“I didn't have a good shopping experience. I received an email a day or so after ordering saying my order/subscription had been cancelled. I couldn't find my order/subscription online so I emailed to query it. I was told the cancellation email was a mistake & to send details of my order/subscription & they would check on it. I was then told that I didn't have an order/subscription on file. Emails were sent backwards & forwards until over a week later when the money showed as pending in my account & I was told that I had picked a "delayed " payment method? I don't recall this when paying & have never come across this before so I cancelled my subscription, my order had now been sent. I was very disappointed with the whole experience especially as I had carefully chosen this company based on its reputation & reviews, maybe I was just unlucky or maybe this "delayed" payment method needs to be highlighted or scrapped completely.”
