“Hi there, I live in France and have been buying from you for years now..I'm really grateful you still deliver to the EU after brexit. However, due to the cost of the postage, i usually buy in bulk, and unfortunately your new pricing system penalises me. Is there any way you could offer discounts for multiple purchases as well as for those who set up monthly subscriptions....I'm still buying a lot of your products, just all at one time to reduce delivery costs. I've given 4 stars rather than 5 due to this pricing policy. However, your kalme range has worked magic on my rosacea, so I'm really very grateful to you for this.”

“Love the creams especially great for my rosacea. Although I would buy these products maybe twice or three times a year I'm reluctant to commit myself for regular orders just to get the cheaper rate.”

“I've used the Kalme range since early 2020. I'd suffered tears of red, sensitive, spotty skin. I'd tried pretty much everything on the market to no avail. I started using the Kalme range, cleanser, day and night cream and the difference within a few days was remarkable. Since then I've used the products every day and my skin has never suffered. I can't fault the products. However I am saddened to see there is now a 3 tiered pricing system. Monthly orders, every 3 months or 'one time'. These products last ages. I can't see anyone needing monthly supplies. I probably order 3x per year and often have a little stock left. To have a 'one time' price dearer than the other two options is, I feel, rather unfair to those of us who purchase regularly. The Skinshop have also altered the contents of the complete set and there seems little flexibility in oridyct choice. I did email Skinshop with the above. The reply was that the new orucinfbusv'priving popular'.”

“Have used the Skin Shop products for many years. The hair care products really help my psoriasis. It would be lovely if they could develop a good shower gel/body wash. They used to make a foam one but that was taken off the market. Probably because the dispenser could be difficult to use.”
