“I found skin shop by Google search. I was looking for a liquorice lip balm. I'd seen a video about it working to prevent cold sores. I can honestly say the lip balms have worked. I've not had a cold sore in months. I used to get them every month! So I've purchased a few things from her now.”

“Product and ordering process were okay, but as I ordered from the EU there were 50% (!) customs fee due on delivery. Wish I had known that in advance. Won’t repeat. Sorry.”

“Have this on subscription and was assured that it would not make a difference when new website was launched. Even though I was emailed to say my subscription was on its way this wasn't so and never arrived.(although I wasn't charged) Had to wait for new site to be 'live' to restart subscription so had to order an extra tube to make up for the one that didn't arrive.”

“I am fairly pleased with this serum , I have seen some good improvement on some patches . On a few , not so much but this could be to how bad they are ! It is a shame the tube isn't bigger , as I have been using it for just over a week and it is nearly empty. I will buy some more due to the improvements I have seen , see how it goes !”

“I've been using Skin Shop products for decades. All the products I have used are effective. Despatch is always speedy, and products are always well-packaged. My complaint is that I have to pay much more for my products if I don't "Subscribe and Save". I want to order products when I need them, and I think the previous system of a discount for quantity is much better.”

“I have used Skin Shop products for some years now, first being recommended their lip products for my cold-sore prone lips. I have always found them excellent to deal with and their products good. I have experienced most of their ranges now. I would love to see more environmentally friendly containers for products, or at least, recycling facilities for their tubes. That said, the prices have risen a lot already since I began using the products, and I can't afford to keep shouldering additional rises in costs.”
