“I have bought from you and been happy but not this time. I received an email when I wrote to them this week and pointed out 2 concerns- One , there are no security seals on the products I bought. ,That was explained but no apology , an explanation re lack of seals but they do plan to introduce them. They are a good idea. Second the padded envelope looked it had been opened and resealed. There was a tear on the seal of the envelope. I sent a photo. I managed to reseal it after opening it. Not good. The person who replied had no concerns about that. Other skincare companies really care about this. And your products are not cheap so we deserve good packaging, don't we. No apology or understanding in that company email regarding the lack of seals or the likelihood that thev envelope had been opened. Other similar companies are so careful about their sending out their products. And lastly there was no "hope you shop with us again." You seem like a good company with a range of helpful products but that email was not friendly or that reassuring. That is surprising, isn't it . I hope to hear from you again in a more helpful manner.”

“Unfortunately I had to return this item as it did not agree with me. Made my skin very hot and redder. Am waiting for my refund. It is a shame I had to pay to return the item.”

“The shampoo itself is brilliant, seems to be the only shampoo that helps me with my fight with psoriasis. Only thing I can say that’s negative is the price of it & shipping. It cost me almost £15 just for 1 bottle”

“Great product, but the service fell short of expectations. Website promised a refund of £3.20 after I made a purchase (if I signed up to the website). Never received the refund, and agent is unwilling to help without screenshot. I offered to buy a new product again, so I could go through the process and take a screenshot as long as the order could be cancelled, and I wouldn't be charged, but again, unwilling to help.”

“I had high hopes of this serum but it hasn't helped me at all. The red patches on my cheeks and chin have more than doubled in size, in fact most of my face goes red when I put this seerum on, forehead as well. It doesn't burn like a lot of products on my skin so I can't understand why it all goes red.”

“Disappointing. 3 tubes sent loose in a padded bag. The tubes don't have foil hygiene caps on. Clearly somewhere the bag has been roughly handled & a tube has opened (no obvious air leaks, splits or holes in the tubes) & gunked its contents all over the bag & other tubes. The bag glue has come unstuck & arrived at mine fully opened with personal hygiene products spilling out, but hey ho. Emailed customer services who came across as a bit attitude-y & trying to do as little as possible to fix the issue. At heart, it's down to cheapskate packaging on their part & they surely know it. Not impressed & won't be rushing to use them again, that's for sure.”

“There is good information about each product and it's easy to order. Whenever I spoke to the staff on the phone (in the past) they were friendly and helpful. Quick delivery also.”
