“Haven’t received my order yet. Ordered on 03/06/2025 it’s now 12/06/2025. Would not have ordered if I knew it would take this length of time as I wanted to try product before my holiday this Friday”

“Very poor customer service with regards to a return and refund. No follow up as to if they had received the items back or issued a refund and have to pay to return the products even though they caused extreme irritation to the eye area it is designed to be applied to. I would not recommend there products or services. If you suffer from dry eyes try Aveeno Face Calm+Restore Triple Oat Serum 30ml for £10 it’s worked amazingly well with no issues in just two weeks this company should be avoided.”

“I would be careful using this cream please take time & talk to pharmacist or a doctor before applying this near eye area As I unfortunately got a bad reaction my eyelids got worse and eyelash area got swollen”

“Products excellent, costomer service - not so much. I forgot to put a second item in my basket at 70% off and emailed them. They would not add it to my orde and allow me to pay the extra. They told me to cancel entire order, get a refund, re-order and pay again. I have MS. Just the one brain cell that day, just enough to do the order. I had to forego my 70% off lip Q set. Spent a fortune with them over the years & they would not help.”

“Unfortunately this made my psoriasis so much worse. My scalp is more dry and itchy than it ever has been. I’ve had to stop using it as I couldn’t cope with the amount of flakes it produced.”

“Mal el envio a ESPAÑA no pasa la aduana sin pagar el doble de lo que me cuestas los productos, no lo voy a pagar y no recivire mis articulos ... no recomiendo esta empresa para comprar nada dicen que los gastos de aduana estan cubiertos pero no !”

“I’ve tried this product on my eyelids for about two weeks and if anything it has made them worse. I’m in my fifties and never had any skin problems or allergies until May when my eyelids became rough and dry. After reading reviews of this product, I had high hopes, but unfortunately it has not worked and possibly made the condition even worse.”
