“Ordered on 10th July - now is 21st July and still not received the shampoo I've paid for. Customer service is bad - have to 'raise a ticket' for someone to message back. They don't reply to messages - you have to raise a ticket each time you want to ask questions. The people on the phone say that they are not connected to the website. So they will not help. It is an extremely poor and frustrating system.”

“Very disappointed, ordering process advised order failed twice, then discovered money had been taken out of my account for two orders. Phoned to discuss and was told they couldn’t help and I would have to raise a ticket. Raised a tickets and received an email back to say they had cancelled one of the orders. Other order never arrived and I emailed again to be told both orders had been cancelled and that I would have to order again. I have used the skin shop products for a couple of years now as it is the only thing that helps my skin. I can’t afford to buy it every month or 3 months so have to pay the higher price (so I use it sparingly) which again I feel is not very fair, so to be mucked around when ordering as well really does put me off from ordering from this company again but as this is the only thing that seems to help my skin I have no option. Maybe they need to be a little more helpful to loyal customers.”

“Didn’t ship my order, only shipped it when I chased it, didn’t offer a refund or quick delivery once theyd realised they hadn’t sent it. When I queried this they said they couldn’t send it any quicker - which is ridiculous when a quicker option is available on their website. As a bare minimum any other company would have refunded the delivery cost - I paid £3.95 for 48 hour delivery and it took 8 days.”

“Very poor customer service with regards to a return and refund. No follow up as to if they had received the items back or issued a refund and have to pay to return the products even though they caused extreme irritation to the eye area it is designed to be applied to. I would not recommend there products or services. If you suffer from dry eyes try Aveeno Face Calm+Restore Triple Oat Serum 30ml for £10 it’s worked amazingly well with no issues in just two weeks this company should be avoided.”

“I would be careful using this cream please take time & talk to pharmacist or a doctor before applying this near eye area As I unfortunately got a bad reaction my eyelids got worse and eyelash area got swollen”
