“Ordered on 10th July - now is 21st July and still not received the shampoo I've paid for. Customer service is bad - have to 'raise a ticket' for someone to message back. They don't reply to messages - you have to raise a ticket each time you want to ask questions. The people on the phone say that they are not connected to the website. So they will not help. It is an extremely poor and frustrating system.”

“Every three months I receive my psoriasis bundle and at 48 years old it’s the only scalp and body creams, and shampoos, that work for me. And it has been an expensive, uncomfortable ride! Little hack, lasts longer on wet skin, conditioner lasts longer when just using it on the scalp, regular conditioner on the Lengths. Great products and have recommended them to every sufferer that I know!”
